Hello All,

In the below link on the Reference Qualifier attribute is mentioned as "readonly_clickthrough=true" what does it indicates.

url

when we click on "Knowledge Base" Reference Qualifier icon it filter active KB's but in my Company instance it is showing all active false&true KB's.

Link where only active records are showing:

https://dev.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=%2Fkb_template_incident_kcs_article.do%3Fsys_id%3D-1%26sysparm_query%3Dsource%3D552c48888c033300964f4932b03eb092%5Eshort_description%3DAssessment%20:%20%20ATF%20Assessor%5Ekb_issue%3D%5Ekb_resolution%3Dtest

I''m not getting how they are filtering the active KB's, could someone please guide me on this.

Thanks,

Hyd

HI,

readonly_clickthrough=true is to show the reference icon or info icon for that reference record.

Thanks,
Ashutosh

When you set this attribute as an override on a field does it disregard the parent attribute which is encode_utf8=false on the Task table.

Thanks
