What does SLTN stand for. I have "INC" tickets, "CHG" tickets, what are "SLTN" tickets? The SLTN is an embedded solution in Service Now to raise new/decom of HW & GoLive requests.

Yes, it's just an abbreviation. Since it's not an OOTB application I guess it was agreed beforehand with the business.

Yes, I know that. What is the acronym for "SLTN"? It seems to be a forgotten acronym or abbreviation. I looked in all the usual places. "Service Level Timing Number"? "Someone Loaths Technology Nebulousness"? "Silly Little Technology Nonsense"? If it were Solution Request, that would be "SR".
