What does the Read column in label entry form mean (I see to values 'No' and 'Yes')

I am trying to see tags in the label_entry form. There I can identify the tags however some tags see the read column as 'No' and some as 'Yes'. 

My initial assumption was No means delete however, If I delete the Tag entries get deleted from the label_entry form so need to understand what the 'Yes' and 'No' means.

Value of "Yes" Indicates if tag has been updated since last viewed.

Ok.. so it means the INC has 4 tags and out of which one 1 has been updated recently?

Yes, Value of "Yes" in read column means that 1 tag is updated recently.
