While moving update sets from Helsinki to Geneva instance, we came across an error that table - ua_table_licensing_config, is not present. This was not a custom table created by us, any insights/thoughts?

Hi Shravan,
This table has to do with the Usage Analytics feature added in Helsinki. It's our way to allow you to track licensing of your products. Who is using what, how many you bought, how many you have left. The Helsinki instance reports back to HI and keeps us informed while providing you a dashboard to keep track of your licenses much better.
(wishing I could find a link in Helsinki docs)

Hi Chuck.
We have the same problem - missing table because we upgraded from Eureka to Helsinki. table
We have a third party product we want to install but it is looking for the [ua_table_licensing_config] table.
How do we resolve ? Can you provide the table as update set ? I can't easily zboot a spare instance to Helsinki and copy off, as all our pre-prod's are used.
Thanks

Hi Martin,
Reach out to support. There's more to Usage Analytics than just the table. There are platform level jobs that run and check in periodically.
I haven't heard of it being missing for an upgrade. I wonder if there is a plugin that didn't get activated. I didn't see anything in the default list. It might be 'maint-only'. Can't tell right now. Support should be able to provide additional insight.
