Hello @Sruthi17
Greetings!
Connector in ServiceNow is for connecting and integrating external systems, applications.
We have connectors for external systems like SolarWinds, Azure, Jira etc.
If there are no connectors for a particular application, the custom Integration has to be developed.
please mark the answer as correct and helpful if helped.
Kind Regards,
Ravi Chandra.

Hi @Ravi Chandra_K ,
Thanks for your response, is there a way to identify if a integration is a OOB connector or custom one?

Hi
an OOB connector is out-of-the-box and means you are working with Snow webhooks and api's to set-up the integration.
A custom integration can be a 3th party integration like Exalate, this will do all the work for you and you have full control over the data that will be syncronized.
