Hello

 

It is always better to create a group and give the role to the group. And then you can keep adding the users to the group which will give them the role.

The best practice according to the ServiceNow fundamental course for beginners:

  • Create the users or the user. 
  • Create a group.
  • Placed the users or the user into the group.
  • Assign roles to the group.
