Hi Ram,
- Standard: a pre-authorized change that is low risk, relatively common, and follows a procedure or work instruction
- Emergency: A change that must be implemented as soon as possible, for example, to resolve a major Incident or implement a security patch.
- Normal: Any service change that is not a Standard or Emergency Change.
It is vast concept so I request you to refer below links as well you get clear idea about change types:

If it helps then please mark my answer Correct and Helpful.

Hi ram,
Standard change
Standard changes are usually pre-approved changes and have low impact & low risk. These changes occur in a regular interval and follow the standard template. CAB approval is not required as these changes are evaluated and approved initially.
Examples – OS upgrade, deploying patch, setting up an user account etc.
Emergency change
Emergency changes are unexpected interruptions that need to be fixed as quick as possible. This does not follow the conventional workflow whereas retrospective RFC is created post implementation. Emergency CAB (ECAB) is responsible to manage approvals. Review is completed later to avoid potential infrastructure risks in future and detailed documentation is done post implementation.
Examples – security fix, server outage.
Normal change
A normal change refers to changes that must follow the complete change management process. Normal changes are often categorised according to risk and impact to the organisation/business.
For example, minor change – low risk and impact, significant change – medium risk and impact and major change – high risk and impact. By definition a normal change will proceed through all steps of the change management process and those that are categorised as medium or high risk will be reviewed by the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
