Hi all.
When approving change management, the status of the approval is "Cancelled".
When is this used?
And what is the difference between this and "Rejected"?

Hi @RyoyaFukuda
In change perspective
Cancelled : It means the requirement is no longer required or business dont want to proceed further. When a record get cancelled, the life cycle of record is completed.
Rejected: The rejected is used in Approval process, when a approver is not happy with change information, approver will reject the change and change move to new state but life cycel will continue.
