hello - I am having an issue trying to get the work notes and watch list notifications to send and they are not so I was wondering if there is a standard template that I can check or how to troubleshoot why the notifications are not being sent? I am working in the test environment at the moment.

Can someone please help with with adding myself to a work list note in an Incident. I have tried using the lookup but my name doesn't come up on the possible list.
