We are looking to use Order Guides or Record Producers in New Hire Order Forms and wanted to know which would be easier to maintain and which would be easier to view from by the employee.

Thank you for sharing this. So with the example that I am providing does it make more sense to use a record producer because we would not want anyone to be able to select multiple laptops, etc via the order guide?

Hi @Earl Har ,
Yes A record producer is ordered one at a time and creates one record on the back end, so you can use.
I hope this helps
Please mark my answer correct if this helps you
Thanks

Hi, I would suggest an Order Guide.
New hires usually need multiple related items, order guide provides an ability to form them as one request assisting what items they need exactly. Record producer is not in scope here as at the end it generates a task record like an incident, instead of a requested item.
