What is the right team size to support your instance?

We've been on the platform for nearly two years.  For that time, I have been the ServiceNow team.  I am reaching saturation on being able to handle everything, I'd like to understand how others staff their instance.  At this time I'm interested in ITSM.  If I get enough replies, I'll post an article with the results.  To keep it short and simple I'll limit this to a few questions:

  • Organization name
  • Organization total headcount
  • Organization annual revenue
  • Number of enabled users (e.g. not ESS only)
  • Number of fulfillers

If you want to provide more information I won't say no to it. I have no actual interest in any particular organization.  I only ask for the name because many organizations have multiple users in the community and I want to limit any data to one per organization (I'll take care of the filtering). 

I'm writing this on June 7, 2019.  If you can get your reply done by Friday June 21, I'll turn the data around as quickly after that as possible.
