Configuring Form Layout for Agent Workspace

Hi all,
Starting configuring the Agent Workspace in ServiceNow this morning. The guided setup is helpful, but it is a bit frustrating how things simply cannot migrate into it. Having to setup all new form layouts and UI actions is a bit tedious.
One problem I'm having is working out a form layout. Following steps provided, what we had as TABs in the original form layout is not rendering as tabs in Agent Workspace. It is just putting them under each other, resulting in a pretty long scrolling experience.
For an example, here is the tabs we use on our Incident form
in Agent Workspace, there is "Details" and then below it all comes "Notes"
Anyone able to help me working out how I can get these side by side, so the agent can be clicking through the tabs quickly instead of having to scroll?

The only way I have tabs going across (like your example) is when the originating record has multiple Related List tabs. And I agree, having to scroll so much is not really acceptable. It wouldn't be quite so bad if the sections were collapsed and you had to click to expand them. Instead they are expanded and you have to click to collapse them.

Yeah have to say not sure I'll immediately adopt the Agent Dashboard now that I've go to this part of the setup.
The function as a whole looks great, but having my team have to scroll endlessly doesn't feel optimal or a good user experience
