what is the role required to archive record?

few users are archiving the records and i wanted to remove the option to the users Archive record.

i want to know, which role should be removed to users that they can not access Archive record option there in incident list view

Well, first question is "Should anyone have this option"? If not, just deactivate it. Otherwise what is you requirements for those who are suppose to be able to achieve incidents?
