what is the role required to archive record?

few users are archiving the records and i wanted to remove the option to the users Archive record.

i want to know, which role should be removed to users that they can not access Archive record option there in incident list view

You can update UI action condition to allow only admin for archiving record.

go to the ui action and and search the Archive record in incident table then u can apply
