What is triggering the SLA Result calculation?
What I've found is that there is a Script Include named SLAResultSummarizer but I can't find what is triggering this Script Include.
Anyone has an idea what is causing the SLA Result to be calculated (in the table service_sla_result table)?

Maybe try reloading plugin?

Take a look at the Scheduled Job: Calculate SLA Results - the script include is called there.

There is no such Scheduled job in the instance I'm working with.
I've looked in my developer instance and can't find any scheduled job with that name there either.
