What is triggering SLA Result calculation?

What is triggering the SLA Result calculation?

What I've found is that there is a Script Include named SLAResultSummarizer but I can't find what is triggering this Script Include.

Anyone has an idea what is causing the SLA Result to be calculated (in the table service_sla_result table)?

Maybe try reloading plugin?

OK, I see the problem now. There are 2 different Scheduled Jobs modules (as can be seen on your screenshot as well). I just clicked on the upper one, and when doing so the Calculate SLA Results aren't shown.

I have checked table 'sys_trigger' & 'sys_auto', but cannot find 'Calculate SLA' scheduled job

Please find below screenshot. The instance is Orlando release. I even checked on Madrid release and it is not visible.

There seems to be a newer job responsible for Service Commitment calculations (availability, SLA results): SPM Performance Score Computation
