Just have a general query

is the Web assessor ID the email id itself (during certification exam ServiceNow)

Yes, it is basically email ID using which you login into websessor account.

Hi,

No, its not like the id will be always the email id only. It can be any alphanumeric characters (which you have configure while creation on your account). Below is the image for the same.
