We have a Vendor Manager who needs to access our Vendor Management Workspace. What roles would they need to access the workspace without simply giving full admin privileges?

Hi,
There is no other basic role created. Try to create a new one and specify the access for that role.

You said the role 'Asset' gives the user rights to 'view' vendors but what about the right to create and modify them? Do you know what role is needed for this?

I need an answer to this exact question.
We've rolled out ITAM and the Property Management folk need to get new vendors added and potentially modified.
We are giving them a new catalog item to request changes to the vendors-(by the way, the vendors are a type of core_company table entries with the 'vendor' set to true)- and those requests are coming to my team to handle.
The platform admins are not going to grant my team admin level permission and so I need to know what the basic roles to fiddle with vendors are.
Thanks.
