login.do will take you to servicenow local account login page
navpage.do will take you to servicenow IT portal with navigation bar.
side_door.do - If you have SSO forced login, you can use side_door to allow login for few users such as system admin

Hi Manikandan,
In addition to what Sanjiv updated for login.do sometimes can be used to get backdoor login as well. Like how side_door.do work.

1. navpage.do will take you to servicenow IT portal with navigation bar on the left.
2. login.do will take you to servicenow local account login page. Thats the default login page.
3. side_door.do - If you have SSO forced login, you can use side_door to allow login for few users such as system admin.
Mark Correct if this solves your issue and also hit Like and Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks,
