What type of questions i might get in the interviews for integrations SOAP and REST?
Scenario based questions? and answers to it.

I can definitely help with this...Over the past month, I've gone through multiple interviews and cracked a couple of offers as well. I was asked several scenario based questions, and I’m happy to share them with you now...

Scenario: Your external system sends an invalid SOAP request to ServiceNow, causing errors.
Question: What happens, and how would you handle it?

Scenario: You need to expose specific data to external apps.
Question: When would you choose a Scripted REST API instead of the Table API?

Scenario: Your integration must upload a large volume of data from a third-party system to ServiceNow.
Question: How do you manage this effectively?

Scenario: You’re using OAuth, and the refresh token expires.
Question: How would you handle token renewal internally in ServiceNow to keep the integration running?

Scenario: You’re asked to integrate a third-party system with ServiceNow.
Question: Walk me through your full integration approach—from planning and security to challenges and deployment.
