Hello everyone,
When an incident is closed needs to trigger a survey for caller and also notification needs to be trigger.
But survey is assigned to a caller i created trigger condition, but notification is not triggering.

Hi
To automatically assign a survey to any user (for example, to Caller of an Incident)) and to sent notification about it, I do following steps:
1. create a survey (or choose one from the surveys list) and mark its"send notification" checkbox on the form.
2. create new trigger conditions (Surveys -> Administration -> Trigger conditions) to run Auto Assessment Business Rule
After an assessment instance is created (i.e. the survey is assigned to user), the "Notify assessment user" business rule runs "Notify assessment user" workflow that creates appropriate event to sent an invitation to user`s email
