How to give Access to Visual task boards

Hi, When users search for Visual Task boards in the filter navigator they should the Visual task boards, how to provide access to it like below?

Any user, regardless of role, can use task boards but can only see cards for records the user has access to.

But users with no admin role are not able to view this in the filter navigator and not able to add labels to the board.

Ok, if you as admin find the module in the filter navigator and click edit module:

Anything typed in under visibility:
