You question is not clear. Please elaborate in brief and if possible share screenshot. What is service desk? A field ? If it is a field then what kind of field it is (reference, choice, check box etc.) ? If it should not be empty then what value it should contain? Is this an issue or you want to achieve this as part of requirement?
