Hi,

I want to inform you that, when I create a knowledge base record, the platform creates a data policy record with knowledge base name. In my production system, do not see any data policy records for exist knowledge base records. I want to know,, is it mandatory to keep it or can ignore/delete data policy record. what is the impact on knowledge base or knowledge category records, if we ignore/delete data policy? Please share the information on this.

Thank you.

You should not  delete it. Reason being Articles will be created but will not be associated with any specific knowledge base, making them difficult to locate or manage through standard knowledge management workflows.

Kind of you are making Article Orphan.
