Hey Developers,

When creating a Problem Record from a Major Incident, the Problem record is correctly showing the related Incident in the 'Incident' at the bottom of the Problem record.  
However, the Incident is not displaying the Problem Record in the 'Problems' section of the Incident record.

Can you please suggest on this?

Check the filter on the related list for Problem - Does it say Parent = then the current sys id ?

That Filter whatever it is can help you reverse engineer where on incident( what field) is the one referencing the problem. Maybe that field is hidden in that section OR there is a reference qualifier set blocking it from being viewed.
