I have set the property to TRACE still it doesn't load the flow and keeps showing the message - Flow reports not available. Check system property com.snc.process_flow.reporting.levelOpen Context Record

Hi Nolan,
It is same infact just updating this property to ON worked for me.
Can you try clearing your cache once?
If it still dont work I will suggest to get one HI case raised.

Ideally it should work. Did you tried with 'ON' choice?
