when the P1 Incident is raised Need to send Teams bridge URL and password details from the Major incident notification

HI All,

I have a requirement like when the P1 Incident is raised i am sending one notification with all the information of that incident. My requirement is like, I need to send new Teams bridge URL  and password details in the same notification.

Can any one help me on this, how to configure bridge URL and Password.

Here is my Body of the Notification.

 

This is an alert to inform you on a major incident reported INCXXX which is impacting "CI name " service.
Short Description  : Test
Initial Impact: Test

Requesting you to join the below bridge at the earliest to resolve the issue.

Bridge Details are as follows,

Bridge Link : XXXX 
Bridge Passcode : XXX

What provider do you use for bridges?  Here is an example for Microsoft Teams that may help if that is applicable
