When trying to change the group user receving error

Hi Team,

 

I have user, user is trying to change the group on incident form, receiving below error.

User has updated the work notes as well, still receiving same error

User is having itil role.  it is working previously.

 

All of the other team members are able to do that, apart from this particular user.

Hi @Sriram Pusuluri 

 

An easy way is to open the Access Analyzer and compare these two users to see if any roles are missing for them, or if any other condition has been added that might be causing the issue for this user.

there is some before update business rule which is stopping the update

debug the business rules

May be recently that BR logic was updated
