When trying to update a Workflow Activity, I am getting the following error:   Match not found, reset to original

Any ideas what might be causing this? I can't get this task to be updated. Already published and re-checked out the workflow, and then tried again - same issue.

Probably a value in the hidden 'Schedule' field underneath the error.   Select a 'Schedule based on' value that shows the 'Schedule' field and then change the value there, then change 'Schedule based on' back to the original value.

Normally you see this issue when you are setting the reference field with a value which does not exist in the refering table. Check if all the reference fields in your workflow activity are set properly. Eg. Stage

Stage is set to something valid, and everything looks to be as well.



If I have made some variables inactive, but still have the variable set on the workflow activity, would this be a reason to why the error comes up?

I am not able to replicate the above mentioned issue on my instance(Tried all the possible ways).


In the mean time, I would recommend you to raise a HI Ticket until you get an answer here.
