Where is the Major Incident Post Incident Review report stored?

Hello,

We are in the process of implementing Major Incident Management and have a question about the Post Incident Review Report.  Are the reports stored in one location or table in ServiceNow or do you have to look at each individual major incident to find all the reports?  We would rather they stay on ServiceNow and not have to download them to a PDF to store in a different location.

Hi,

From my understanding, the information isn't "stored" on any table. It's a UI Page that pulls in the info for display and then creates the PDF which is then attached.
