Where to I go to change the color of the dot for Incident State?

We have color dots beside our incident "State" on the incident list. Somehow the dot color for "On Hold" changed (maybe the upgrade to Madrid did it). I can't remember how to change the colors. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I know it's there, because I've done it in an earlier version. Hope they didn't do away with it in Madrid.

Hi Gerrycrumbley,

Please refer below link, It gives information about field styles.

I hope it will help you colouring the dots on list view.

Thanks! I was able to change one of them. I had to type in the word "blue".

Seems like I remember a place where you could actually choose from multiple colors.  . . . .

Hi @gerrycrumbley

Right-click on the field, and choose "Configure Styles"

Then you can create a new style and update.

What happens if you don't know the "name" of the color you would like to use? Seems like there's a place that shows you all the colors to choose from. I just can't remember where that is . . . .
