I am new and worried about ServiceNow scripting, so which Java course do I need to learn specifically for ServiceNow scripting? Please recommend it to me with perfection.

First of all it's not java, it's javascript that you need to learn.

There are plenty of youtube series to watch to make scripting better, to start with below is the good one,
