Why I am not able to save the sub flow??

"com.glide.flow_design.action.model.flowdesignparameter.getname()" because "flowdesignparameter" is null 

this is what I am getting, and it is throwing the above error?

since it's a custom flow with lot of steps very difficult to identify the exact step due to which this error is coming
