Why i am not able to see default view in RITM??

An x user though having itil role not able to see option to change between views for that matter he is getting catalog view in UAT but in Dev he is able to see. 

 

I have seen any role difference but they were same. What makes X stopping to switch between views or to see default view?

Hi @Manikantahere ,

 

Are you applying any view by view rule?

 

If view is applied by view rule then system wont allow user to change it. Also check X person having "view_changer" role or not. Usually it get inherited from ITIL role.

in both the the instances user don't have view_changer role and in both user have itil role but issue is he can see it in dev but not qa. i don't find any View rules also.

Hi @Manikantahere I hope you are doing well! Is this issue impacting only a single user, or all users with the ITIL role?
