why my record producer is taking long time to load in portal

we have created one record producer which will give the ability to user to create incident from the Portal.
while opening that record producer it is taking much long time. but eventually it will open after long time like 2 minutes.
is there any thing with inside script and variables?

Hi there,
Is this with just this one Record Producer, or is this also in general?
How many variables are you using on that Record Producer?
Are you perhaps running onLoad Catalog Client Scripts / Catalog UI Policies?

no Raghavan,
i have few catalog client scripts but there are onChange.
This issue is only happening while opening this record producer not others.
we have created one variable set in this we have 5 variabels like user details such as Phone, name , email, location, department.
and we have 6 more variables alone individually not related to any variable set
such as category, sub category, environment, configuration item, short descriotion , detailed description.
and one script include.

Oke so if you disable the client script, how is the performance then? It could well be your client script / script include.

hi,
Please disable all the scripts(client script/UI Policies) and try with only one variable and submit.
if this doesn't work. then please look at the workflow if it is attached is working with right values.
