Why notification preference is coming in center of notification

Hi all,

I am working on the notification where I am calling the email script which generates the table and prints the rows which contains data of imported rows via transform map.

Everything is working fine but the Notification Preference link which should show below to the Notification coming in middle of the content.

Can anyone help me with this why it is happening?
