Hi All,
-> we are having 6 sections on "service operations " view , all these sections are showing in the sections table
but when I open the form layout by adding the same "service operations" view , ther no sections are showing
I need to add some new fields to this sections , why sections are not showing on form layout ?

Hi @shabbir5 ,
Try to Configure using the Form Design , Change the view.
If my response helped, mark it as helpful and accept the solution.
Thanks,
Teja.

Hi @shabbir5
It seems you've accidentally opened a temporary/incorrect view in your configuration URL.
Clear instance cache by typing cache.do in navigator ->enter then check.
There is OOB view "Service Operation Workspace" is there , select it and check..

ahoy @shabbir5,
navigate to any record from the table where you want to see the sections regardless the details on the form (e.g. Incident):
Go triple line > configure > form design
A new page will be opened and there you can select a table (Incident) and a view (default, service operations, ...) and then you can see how that view is displayed and you can drag and drop fields and add/remove sections as well.
From this design form tool, you can see whether the section is added or not and if not, then you can add it there and save it.
