Work notes is not getting updated in activity log. I can see the entry in sys_journal_field table and also in sys_audit table. But not getting reflected in activity log

Hi Sabina,
What happens if you switch to UI15 ?
If you see this in UI15 and it is not visible in UI16 raise a hi ticket as this could be some bug in the platform as there are some angular components breaking the form in UI16.

Hi,
We are also facing similar issue. But this is happening with only one CI form.
When posting work notes through post button it get saved in sys_journal_fields table but doesn't show up in activity log.
Could you please let me know if there is any solution available or provided from ServiceNow.
