Make sure you have Internal Notes checked by clicking on filter icon next to activity logs

Hi Sabina,

What happens if you switch to UI15 ?

If you see this in UI15 and it is not visible in UI16 raise a hi ticket as this could be some bug in the platform as there are some angular components breaking the form in UI16.

Hi,

 

We are also facing similar issue. But this is happening with only one CI form. 

When posting work notes through post button it get saved in sys_journal_fields table but doesn't show up in activity log.

Could you please let me know if there is any solution available or provided from ServiceNow.
