Workflow for RITM table

Hi All,

In my organization we have almost 100+ catalog items and we already implemented workflows, New we got new requirement if ticket is pending we need need reminders to users now we planning to create new workflow for RITM table, is it good practice or not? if not can you please suggest some better process

 

Requirement:

After placing ticket to on hold

after 8 Reminder1

After 10 Reminder2

After 20 hours ticket should automatically change to WIP -

......

 

If i create 2nd workflows 1.for catalog & 2nd for sending reminders is it best practice or not?

Hi @Dasari Srihari ,

Create below workflow and give condition according your table and just before end, as per your requirement you can use run script to change the State to WIP.

If ticket is pending SLA will pause it won't reach to 50%
