How can I get the Change to appear under Related Records? Currently, the Change Number only shows up under Activity. (because my flow does this)
I tried creating a custom record under the Change table, and while it successfully links to the RITM that way, it doesn’t show up in the SOW under Related Records. However, if I manually create a Change under Related Records, it does show up correctly.
Any guidance on how to make the Change display automatically under Related Records would be appreciated. Please see below for my flow.

Hi @Tfnhodgi
Just like how you are setting Model, Work notes and short description fields, add another field in the "Create Change Request Record" action in your flow to assign "Parent" field with "Requested Item" record.
