Workflow group approval activity getting skipped without approving.

Hi All,

After the manager approval bypassed in the same way group approval activity also getting by passed.

It should wait for the group approval. but it is getting bypassed without approving of group members.

below is the screenshot.

Thanks for reply.

Yes group members are active.

Below the same workflow with check group manager approval is "NO" then approval are triggering.

When check group manager activity is "YES" then the servicenow group approval are not triggering. IT is getting auto approved.

Seems to be condition is empty. Can you give condition Active= true and try if it works.
