Workflow stuck at Update Record "Requested item" action

Hi Community,

The user has raised the following concern:

I have raised two requests previously; however, the approver is missing, which is causing the workflow to be stuck and unable to proceed to the next step. Kindly advise on how to resolve this issue.

I am sharing the flow failure point in Prod instance and the details screen from the DEV instance for your reference.

Does it work if you change line 8 in your script to fd_data.trigger.request_item.variables.var_type_of_request ?
