We have a few approval levels for change management and a week or two ago several changes (not all) were stalled at the first approval level. It was approved, but never went to the next level for appoval. I realize I can cancel the workflow, but is there a way to force it to go to the next WF activity ?
Thank you.

Wow, that does look pretty bizarre and quite inconclusive. The Set Values object that you created seems as straight forward as you can get. I would try a couple more troubleshooting steps:
* Verify the properties of your workflow. Make sure it's pointed to the correct table and verify and conditions or schedules.
* Try replacing or putting in a very basic object, like "Log Message" in front of the Set Values Object. Try to determine if your workflow is getting hungup on the Set Value itself, or if it's something inherently wrong with the workflow itself.
* If that doesn't reveal anything, you can rebuild the workflow one object at a time to determine why it's not working.
When all else fails, it would appear there is something wrong with your workflow engine, call Tech Support. I really don't see any obvious reason on why your workflow wouldn't work.

Thank you.
The activity is an Approval activity, it is green with no error and no results.
However there is no approval request. But with no error or result I do not see anyway to see why it is stalling. I just want to give it a push to actually perform the activity it is supposed to perform.

It seems that in most cases all you need to do is checkout and republish the workflow.

I investigated and observed there was one duplicate workflow existing. I checked it out and got the success thereby removed it eventually from the instance.
Hence, issue got resolved.
