I have a question on using the Workforce Optimization. Is it possible to have an Alternate Work Schedule setup so that like for example a person has every other Wednesday off and on the other weeks they get off an hour early? It is a 9-80 schedule.
We would like to have it where agents can be assigned to these schedules on a yearly basis and minimize the amount of time that a manager would need to update these schedules if possible.
