Hi All,

I have created a new scope using AES and created workspace for the same. But I'm unable to see the workspace I have created in the "All Workspaces" under "Workspace Experience".

Have anyone experienced this?

Please let me know how I can fix this.

Thanks,

Priya.

Hi @kavitha_cr ,

Follow these steps to Configure the Unified Navigation to display a workspace in the Workspaces menu :

  1. Navigate to All > Now Experience Framework > Experiences.
  2. Select the application you want to add to the Workspaces menu on the Unified Navigation.
  3. In related lists, select the UX Application Category M2Ms tab.
  4. Select New in the UX Application Category M2Ms list.
  5. Select Workspace in the Experience Category column.
  6. On the form, fill in the fields.
    UX Application Category M2M form
    Field Description
Experience Category Category of the experience added to the Unified Navigation. Select Workspace.
Application Application that the experience applies to. Global is the default application and applies across the organization.
UX Application UX application that you want to add to the Workspaces menu. Select the Workspace you want to display in the Workspaces menu.
  7. Select Submit.

Hi @Community Alums ,

Thanks for the response.

I followed the above steps but still the workspace is not visible in "All Workspaces" under "Workspace Experience". (sys_aw_master_config).

Thanks,

Priya.

Hi @kavitha_cr ,

Here are a few things you can try:

  1. Make sure that you have the correct permissions to access the workspace. In ServiceNow, access to workspaces is controlled through roles and permissions. If you do not have the appropriate permissions, you will not be able to see the workspace.

  2. Check the filter settings in the All Workspaces list. The list may be filtered to only show certain types of workspaces or workspaces that meet certain criteria. Make sure that the filter is not hiding the workspace you are looking for.

  3. Check the workspace's visibility setting. Each workspace has a visibility setting that controls who can see it. If the workspace is set to "Private," only the owner of the workspace and users who have been specifically added as members will be able to see it. If the workspace is set to "Public," any user with the appropriate permissions will be able to see it.

  4. Check for any errors or issues with the workspace. If there is a problem with the workspace itself, it may not be visible in the All Workspaces list. You can check the system logs for any errors or issues that might be related to the workspace.

If you have tried these steps and are still unable to see the workspace, it's possible that there is a larger issue with your ServiceNow instance. In this case, you may want to contact ServiceNow support for further assistance.
