Would like to know how exception field takes ' exception required' value on task_sla table

Hi
Recently, we came across one issue where user is not able to see any records on the report which is added on the dashboard. I have seen 'exception is exception required' condition on the report but not sure how it sets to that value when task_sla is created. I have tried by looking into all scripts to know how it is set to that value. But couldn't be able to find any script. It has dependency in exception dependency field on dictionary override field.
Someone can help me on this by providing some insights please

Hi Anusha,
This is custom logic and doesn't exist in the baseline platform. Perhaps a team is manually setting this? It'll be hard to advise as this is business-specific customisation of the NOW platform
