Hey ServiceNow people.
We are on Yokohama now and had a great upgrade (no user issues). I've been through the various link farms in the ServiceNow documentation to see what's new, but has anyone published a list of things that actually add value to the platform for end users and ITIL users?
Yes, I know there are loads of AI features with Now Assist. I also know that much of the hype is not actually ITSM, but DEX.
But seriously, what is adding value to your users? What are the top things that you have configured, turned on etc that make Yokohama more that than just the current version?
Thanks
Steve

In Yokohama features are... a revamped Query Builder with drag and-drop visual querying, a Data Management Console for unified oversight of data growth and compliance, improvements to Catalog Builder so it’s easier to create service catalog items, AI Agents / Agentic AI that automate routine tasks with natural language prompts, AI Guardian for real time content filtering and safeguarding AI behavior, Task Intelligence integration to better derive next steps in incidents and requests, enhanced Release Approval / release note fields to support security / pen test workflows, expanded Now Platform Data Privacy and authentication enhancements (e.g. MFA by default), plus smoother workspace and UX improvements in ITSM modules....
