I download the ServiceNow Mobile App, and when I enter my instance name, I get an error stating, "Your ServiceNow instance is incompatible with the servicenow app."
How do I fix this?

What version of Service-Now are you running in your instance? You may have to upgrade to at least Calgary.

I'm not sure. I'm new to this particular thing. I work for Accenture doing support for Starwood Hotels. I loaded the iPhone app but can't connect to the instance.

In the URL, type: http://YOURINSTANCE.service-now.com/stats.do
About 3 lines in it will tell you the Build name.
