I download the ServiceNow Mobile App, and when I enter my instance name, I get an error stating, "Your ServiceNow instance is incompatible with the servicenow app."
How do I fix this?

Hmm. Ours is on Calgary too. I just downloaded and tried to connect and got the same error... I guess I am in the same boat as you.

I just tried connecting to 2 different demo sites (Eureka) and got a cannot connect error. Perhaps it is the app? Hopefully someone with more knowledge of this posts.

It appears the app only supports Dublin and later. Calgary came before Dublin it seems.
