ZDX integration to pull additional telemetry details

I have integrated ZDX with ServiceNow using ZDX app from the store and it is now pulling alerts into ServiceNow incident module based on a webhook and also shows the zdx  summary and deep tracing tabs on the zdx incidents view. However, from the attached screenshot it looks like we can bring in Device Health Dashboard which can pull more information like cpu performance, device health etc etc. How do I enable this as an additional piece of integration. Is this possible through REST API?

Hi @RaghuMani 

 

Device health metrics (CPU, memory, and application crashes) are captured by the Zscaler Client Connector but are natively visualized within the ZDX Admin Portal (https://help.zscaler.com/zdx/monitoring-device-health-dashboard)  rather than pulled entirely into ServiceNow.

 

You cannot view these detailed hardware analysis dashboards natively in ServiceNow.
